Description of Internal and External Features

• Kitchen- Recently fitted (2006) and fully equipped with gas cooker and extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and coffee maker. There are also ironing facilities. There is a fireplace with an insert wood burner for winter use, and the window has a fitted fly-screen that is invaluable in the summer months.
• Lounge/Diner- Spacious room with marble tiled floor, two leather sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, T.V (English satellite) and DVD. Bookcase with abundant tourist information and guides, plus a selection of reference and fictional books to read.
• Summer room- A lovely sunny room with views over the garden and boasting character features including a bread oven and old Charentais sink. Furnished with a sofa and two wicker armchairs, occasional tables, CD player and board games for both adults and children.
• Mezzanine- Generous sleeping area above lounge/diner with double bed, two bedside tables with storage and lamps, large chest of drawers. Portable fan.
• Bedroom- Accessed via mezzanine and has twin beds, double fitted wardrobe, small chest of drawers and bedside lamp. Fitted fly screen to window.
• Bathroom- Luxuriously fitted with twin basin vanity unit and storage, bidet, bath with shower over, toilet.
• Garden- Very attractive walled garden with large stone features and statues. There is an area of garden for exclusive guest use and a gazebo with table and chairs. Additional secluded patio with Sun loungers, and a portable barbecue are also provided.
• Parking- There is a parking space for guest use on the driveway. 

Additional Information

 Les Statues has full central heating via radiators making it suitable for year round use.

• Bedding and Towels are provided (except beach towels).
• Welcome Pack is provided on arrival,  and includes some essentials such as fresh milk, teabags and sugar for that all important cup of tea.
• Bicycles available to hire at reasonable rates.
